Immigration Interview Preparation

An immigration interview is often more than simply answering questions. The officer may review the application, supporting documents, immigration history, personal background, and overall credibility. Effective preparation means understanding what the officer may focus on, identifying possible concerns, and making sure the client is familiar with the record.

StreamHorizon Law provides focused preparation for a wide range of immigration interviews, including cases involving complex facts, sensitive backgrounds, prior immigration issues, or credibility concerns. Services may include document review, fact development, issue spotting, practice questions, mock interviews, and interview strategy.

This service is available to clients who filed their own applications, clients seeking interview preparation only, and clients who already have an attorney but want additional preparation or a second perspective. The goal is to help each client approach the interview with a clearer understanding of the facts, risks, and key issues.
